Item description:

See scan - very good condition. There is an extremely small chip of the enamel at one of the edges of the cross, but it is really invisible. This is an extremely rare Bulgarian Royal Civil Merit order 4th Class with crown - gold plated / gilted. This was a very special 1937 issue ordered and presented on a special ceremony to commemorate the 50 years of reign of the dynasty in the Kingdom of Bulgaria. The order type is completely different from regular issues. The front center is completely flat, has a different enamel work and the text of the center is completely different, saying FERDINAND I - 2.VIII.1891. Scarce collector piece. So far I've seen only 3 or 4 more pieces of this type and this class throughout the years. Extremely nice militaria / military collector piece and one of the very rare Bulgarian orders.
